So today we are having brunch. The three options are sweet potato latkes with stewed apples and chili lime sour cream, a baked French toast with sauteed peaches, and a strata with sausage, zucchini, and leeks.

Soups are a French lentil and sausage, Indian Corn, and Tomato Barley.

The pizza will be pepperoni, red onion, mushrooms, and red sauce.

So I can honestly say that the bike ride in this morning was just amazing. The air was very nice. As was the sun.

So we're making a Huevos Rancheros for a brunch special. There will also be the Strata and also a baked French toast with strawberry sauce and vanilla yogurt.
