So we are having Scalloped Potatoes with Spinach and Ham for Brunch, along with a Kielbasa Strata and a Baked French Toast with Raspberry Mango Compote.

Soups are Black Bean and Quinoa or French Lentil and Sausage.

Piazza will be Kielbasa, Mushrooms, Spinach, and Red Pepper over Red Sauce.

The Special Sandwich will be a Chipotle Chicken Salad with Avocado on Multigrain Bread.
