Penny is doing a Mexican chopped salad, which you can get with or without chicken.

(We're into a southwest thing today, I guess.)

Pizza is going to be an eggplant Parmesan on a tomato artichoke heart sauce.

Soups are a Moroccan chicken stew with cous-cous and a curried pumpkin.
