Happy Thursday! Hopefully the rain will stay away for the rest of the day.

Today for lunch we are having:

Hungarian Chicken and Vegtables over Egg Noodles, one of Laura's specialties.

and

Capanata Sauce over Creamy Polenta, which is what I'm going to have for lunch.


Soups today are:

Tomato Fourentine

Eggplant, Tomato, and Brown Rice

and

Veggie Chili


Lots of other great stuff to eat. We have cupcakes and pecan pie by the slice!
