Wednesday, a day of food miracles

I hope this finds everyone with heat and electricity at their homes.

Food for Wednesday:

Today's specials are Shepard's Pie and Spinach Feta Risotto Cakes.

Our soups are Mexican Bean, Creamy Carrot Basil, and Veggie Red Lentil. Next up will be Curried Vegetable.

After consulting a pattern of leaves in the alley, we decided to make the Pizza be Roasted Asparagus, Garlic and Tomato over Red Sauce.

Our Special Sandwiches are going to be either Curried Chicken Salad or Curried Tofu with Avocado and Veggies on a Wrap.
