Happy Spring! The end is in sight! The daffodils will be up! Birds will sing! You can spot buying heating oil! I mean in like a month...or six weeks.

Food today:

Soups: Spinach tortelleni, Tuscan Bean, Lentil Spinach

Specials: Pasta Primavera with Penne
             or Asian BBQ Chicken over rice (one of Penny's favs!)

Pizza is going to be Meatballs, Roasted Green Peppers, Onions, and Red Sauce.

Special Sandwiches are going to be a hummus and veggies on a wrap or smoked turkey and bacon on crusty white.

Do you know that Jennifer has been working here for 25 years? Laura has been here for over twenty. Ohh the stuff that they have seen. I, David, have been working since February 10th, 2003. Dang. Sara's been here (and other places) for 6 years. Midge (aka Margaret) has been here for three, Maggie 2 (with the AT in the middle) and Rose and Tricia the babies at a year and a half. Lyn will be in later and she's been here as long as Ceres, 33 years. Danica and Sean, the bread bakers, have each been here about six years. Just so everyone knows.
