Sunday the 5th of October

So brunch today will be:

Baked French Toast with sauteed apples and cranberries,

Sausage, onion, and pepper strata,

and an Onion, Spinach, and Goat cheese frittata with potatoes and spinach.

Soups will be either Tomato Florentine, West African Peanut, or Tomato Chicken and Rice.

Pizza will be zuchini, summer squash, and tomato over red sauce.

We'll have a roasted potato and bacon special sammy, or a fresh mozzarella and veggie wrap.
