Sunday the 24th of May, 2015

So brunch...

We are making Cinnamon Swirl Baked French Toast with Raspberry and Strawberry Sauce and
   Vanilla Yogurt, a Strata with Leeks, Asparagus, and Sausage, and a Huevos Rancheros with Salsa
   and Sour Cream. Last time for the Huevos for a while, so come down if you're a fan.

Our soups today are: Chilled Gazpacho, Chicken and Brown Rice, and Mushroom Barley.

Pizza will be Mushrooms, Sauteed Spinach, and Red Peppers over Red Sauce.

We will have a special sandwich, also, and it will be a Ham and Fresh Mozzarella with Pesto and Tomatoes on a Wheat Roll.

Have a good weekend everyone. We are closed tomorrow to rest up for what is sure to be a busy summer.

And, on a more personal note, thank you to all the American soldiers, through history, who have fought and given their lives for our country. It is something I appreciate more the older I get, and is in no small part to the outstanding character of the veterans who have worked here. Thank you.
