Quiche: Red pepper and spinach

Pizza: Asparagus, Broccoli, Crispy Red Onions on Red Sauce with Mozz and Parm

Soups: Thai Tomato, Coconut Root Veg, Asian Chicken and Brown Rice

Sandwiches: Falafel wrap with tzatziki, feta, cukes, tomato, carrots and spinach or Roast turkey with boursin, pear, lettuce and pickled red onions
