Hello everyone!
Wasn't yesterday afternoon just absolutely perfect. Today's not too bad, either.
Today at Ceres we are making a Thai Chicken curry. It smells awesome! We also made a baked French Toast that is served with a blueberry reduction and vanilla yogurt and also a Strata, which is similar to a savory bread pudding. It has Ham, Red Peppers, and Onion. Both of those breakfasty things are almost gone, but we will have them more regularly on Sundays.
Soups are an Asian Chicken and Brown Rice, Thai Tomato, and Ratatoullie.
Pizza is red peppers, jallapenos, red onion, corn, and pepper jack cheese over red sauce.
There is also a Buffalo Chicken Wrap or an Asian Tofu Wrap.
I also can't help but gush about our country white bread that is naturally leavened, just using a starter. We've made it off and on this spring, but as a bread-lover, I have to say it really is something special. Good job Megan!
