Happy birthday to Solon, my first born son. Eleven today! What an honor to know just how amazing you are!

Anyway...the food...

We are making two great specials today, the ever-popular Spinach Feta Risotto Cakes, made with brown rice and served with a fresh vegetable salad and the Mexican Chopped Salad that can be had with or without chicken. Yes! Good food today!

Soups are Lentil Keilbasa, Creamy Tomato and Spinach, and Clam Chowder with Bacon (!!).

Pizza, dearest pizza, has decided to be Roasted Eggplant, Caramelized Onion, Fresh Mozzarella, and Red Sauce.
