Sunday the 9th of November

Hey savvy tech food browser, we're doing Brunch and it's all ready to go!

Strata today. There are two kinds, the usual sausage, onion, and pepper and also a caramelized onion and spinach one.

French toast is made with walnut levain and topped with apples and cranberries. And vanilla yogurt.

Then there is my savory pancakes, which are made with chick peas and scallions in the batter. They are served with some sauteed asparagus and topped with a mustard sesame sour cream. Add bacon if that's not enough. It's never out of place (unless you're a vegetarian, of course).

Soups (I almost forgot!!) are Red Lentil, Sweet Potato (with chicken stock), and  Bacon Barley. Next up is the Creamy Sausage and Potato (with a Spanish influence).

Special sandwiches want you to know that they will be at their best today. The options are Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Cheddar, Sprouts, Green Apple, and Mayo on Country White or Pepper Jack, Black Beans, Corn, Lettuce, Tomato, and Spicy Mayo on a Wrap.

Pizza is going to be red sauce, sauteed spinach, mushrooms, and red peppers.

Thanksgiving this year is on the 27th, and we are taking orders! Lots of yummy treats for the big day, or right now if you want to test things out. There's nothing wrong with research.
