Mexican chopped salad with roasted red pepper, corn salsa, tomato, cucumbers, red onion, black beans, cheddar cheese, avocado on a bed of romaine lettuce with rice.
Pizza: cauliflower, leeks, on pesto sauce with mozzarella.
Soups: spicy peanut carrot (gf), chicken and brown rice, chicken and bean.
