Sunday Brunch on February 1st

Hi there world.

So we're making beef and potato hash, strata with sausage, onions, and peppers, and a baked French toast made with oat poppy bread and blackberry sauce.

Soups are French lentil and sausage, Thai tomato, and Greek lemon and rice. Garden vegetable will be next up. It really needs a country to be from, too. It's kind of Italian, I guess. Maybe just American garden vegetable.

There will be pizza and it will be broccoli and zucchini over red sauce with roasted garlic and mozzarella,

Special sandwiches will be a chicken and guacamole with pepperjack on anadama, or a fresh basil and mozzarella with pesto on a wrap.

Good luck to all the local sports teams on t.v. tonight, whomever you are. A thrilling victory in the last seconds would be great for regional moral. Just saying.
