If it was Sunday...

Happy Sunday to everyone. It seems that we continued to be blessed with great weather.

Got to ride my bike over the new bridge this morning and it was very nice. It seems so different from the old bridge, but they did a great job.

So if you live in Kittery and don't have a car and never figured out the shuttle and never went to Portsmouth at all, ever, in the last two years and happen to be a digital fan of our bakery and you're excited about your new freedom, you should come in to town over the new bridge, stopping to look up and down the river (the best view in the area to a guy from Wyoming), and then come to Ceres and succumb to years of pent up desire to eat here. There must be at least three people who meet this requirement. I expect you here.

Sunday is special!

We find ourselves on Sunday the 21st of July, 2013. Like every day, we face a decision. What do we make for you, the cherished customer. How can we convince you to come down and enjoy our humble establishment? Maybe I should just mention that it's going to be the first day in a while the majority of you might want to go outside. It's so dry feeling, cool and dry. But you could still go anywhere, walk around the block, whatever. Maybe I should mention we only hire attractive and intelligent young women. Maybe I should say we have fresh baked pies for sale by slice. We are confused sirens, not knowing which song to sing.

Well, if you're hungry for lunch we will be having an old standard, the Asian BBQ Chicken over Brown Rice. We will be offering a tofu option, also.
