the secrets to Sunday

So today we decided to make a Moroccan Chicken Stew over cous-cous with an herb salad on top.

Our pizza is going to be a caramelized onion, roasted eggplant, and mozzarella with a pink sauce.

Soups are Mexican Bean and Kielbasa, Red Lentil, and Spicy Quinoa. Next up will be Mushroom Barley.

Easter Sunday is a week away. Be thinking about what your family would like the best.
