Hi everyone. What a difference a week makes as far as being outside, huh? The fresh air is very welcome.

Strata with Leeks, Sausage, and Red Pepper
Baked Cinnamon Swirl French Toast with Blackberry Rhubarb Compote

Tofu, Pesto Hummus, and Avocado

Pizza:

Roasted Leeks, Eggplant, and Red Pepper over Red Sauce


Sara's last day. We're shipping her out West to go work on a farm. It's her idea, not ours, really, but it's easier for us to pretend otherwise. We hope she has a great summer and her car gets there and back, and that scorpions don't sting her, and she doesn't get arrested in Texas. Hard work is never out of place.
