Sumday Sunday

Yeah yeah yeah its Sunday, and its not sunny, again. The sun is shining in our kitchen, kate is lighting it up today with her famous Roasted Sweet Potato and Bleu Cheese Casserole (with brown rice and pecans). You might want to stop in and get some, might be a while before this dish is featured here again.

And for Quiche: Red Pepper, Broccoli, Onion, Parmesand and Cheddar all in one.

Pizza today: Asparagus, Leek, Red Pepper, Feta and Parmesan all on one.
