Saturday specials!

Lunch:
Rainbow salad- made with red peppers, spinach, lettuce, radicchio, carrots, and tomatoes. topped with either candied walnuts, marinated tofu, or lemon garlic chicken.
Sweet and savory watermelon salad made with basil, feta, and black olives.
Pizza: roasted mushrooms, zuchini, and eggplant with jack cheese and red sauce.
Soups: thai tomato, and chicken and rice.
